Prices and Payment Terms

All prices in the online store are stated excluding VAT, in Norwegian Kroner (NOK).

We offer secure payment options via Klarna, Vipps, Credit/Debit card, and PayPal. For terms regarding payment deferral, please see details at checkout.
 

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of items and will be presented at checkout. Standard delivery time is 1-2 weeks from the order date. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons. Customers can specify an alternative delivery address if needed. We encourage customers to immediately inspect received artworks. Any transport damages should be reported to the delivery point on the same day. Unclaimed packages returned to us will incur a fee of up to 1000 NOK.
 

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day unconditional return policy from the date of receipt.

It is essential to retain the original packaging until a decision to keep the artwork is made. Note that artworks may not be returned if they have been hung, displayed, or damaged.

For returns, the customer covers the return shipping. Please use the enclosed withdrawal form and address the return to:

Complaints

Are you experiencing a defect in the received artwork? Please document with a photo and contact our customer service. Depending on the nature of the fault, you will be offered repair, replacement, refund, or a price reduction. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. In the case of valid complaints, reasonable return costs will be refunded. Contact us before returning for guidance. For transport damages, please refer to point 2.
